hi, during ur yoga sessions, while holding the poses u can take normal brh;ets&#8230a;no need to stress or holding the breath. plz make sure that even if ur holding a yoga posture, try to hold it atleast 1 minute and slowly as u do more times u can increase the time and thus ur body will stay flexible also.
